Monday morning and Vlad decided to fly to the Kremlin with Rasputin the Bald Eagle, instead of taking his official Limo. His route took him past the Ukraine Hotel which was one of Stalin's monstrous Gothic skyscrapers, apparently it's now all rundown and smells of mould. Vlad insisted that it should not be demolished and it serves as a reminder to him of how not to run a country
