Monday morning sees Vlad and Ganya the War Goanna sunning themselves next to the Chirkey Reservoir in the Republic of Dagestan. Russia is also experiencing issues with rainfall but Vlad's mad scientists are busy cooking up a scheme to make it rain involving aircraft, vodka and a Siberian rain dance
