Thursday morning sees Vlad the Bare-chested riding Pasha the Battle Parrot over Moscow. I think Vlad is trolling us because Russia has plenty of energy for fountains and central heating. Vlad is even considering heating the fountain for the pigeons during the winter because he will have so much spare natural gas
